Fauquier Health Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

The Fauquier Health Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, which is conveniently located on our hospital campus, provides both short-term rehabilitation services and long-term nursing care sections. The center features around-the-clock medical support and a variety of programs and services designed specifically to promote the physical and emotional health of our senior community.

The Villa at Suffield Meadows is an assisted-living complex located in the Suffield Meadows community located on U.S. 29 between Warrenton and Gainesville. The Villa, which will feature 56 housing units for seniors and an 11-bed memory unit for dementia patients, is scheduled to open summer 2010.

Fauquier Health Home Care Services provides in-home services for seniors and others who require physical therapy or other healthcare assistance in a home setting.

The Fauquier Health Home Medical Store provides medical supplies, equipment and services to assist seniors with their daily living needs.

The Fauquier Health LIFE Fitness Center offers a variety of programs to assist seniors with their physical fitness and wellness needs. The center features individualized, medically-based programs which are designed and supervised by licensed exercise physiologists and certified personal trainers. We also offer specialized services to assist with recovery from serious illness like our Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Diabetes Education programs.
